By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Brenda J. Kinney to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., said mortgage dated October 8, 2010, and recorded in the Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds, in Book 9858 at Page 272 and now held by Mortgage Assets Management, LLC by virtue of an assignment from Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not individually, but solely as Trustee for Nationstar HECM Acquisition Trust 2020-1 to Mortgage Assets Management, LLC dated September 20, 2022 and recorded in the Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds, in Book 14520, Page 262, previously assigned by Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage Company, its successors and assigns to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not individually, but solely as Trustee for Nationstar HECM Acquisition Trust 2020-1 by virtue of an assignment dated January 6, 2022 and recorded in the Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds, in Book 14186, Page 147; previously assigned by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. to Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage Company dated September 6, 2017 and recorded in the Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds, in Book 12193, Page 287 for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, will be sold at Public Auction on March 15, 2023 at 12:00 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:

A certain parcel of land, with any buildings thereon, in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
BEING shown as Lot #33A on a plan entitled “Plan of Land in Dartmouth, Mass., owned by: Azevedo Construction Corporation, Scale: 1”=40’ dated September 7, 1973” drawn by Bradford Saivetz & Associates, Inc., Braintree, Mass. And filed in the Bristol County S.D. Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 91, Page 63, to which plan reference is made for a more particular description.
For title reference see deed recorded at Book 6693, Page 237.

The description of the property that appears in the mortgage to be foreclosed shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication.

For Mortgagors’ Title see deed dated November 24, 2003, and recorded in Book 6693 at Page 237 with the Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds.

TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.

FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid by a certified check, bank treasurer’s or cashier’s check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer’s or cashier’s check within sixty (60) days after the date of sale.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Request for Proposals are being sought by the Town of Dartmouth for a qualified Engineering and/or Broadband Consulting firm to develop a detailed, actionable broadband feasibility study. Proposals will be received in the Office of the Select Board, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA, until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on March 17, 2023.

Information is available at the Select Board’s Office, Room 303 Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, and may be seen upon request during regular business hours. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all proposals received and to make awards in a manner deemed in the best interest of the Town of Dartmouth.
