NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. on the petition of Robert Mahowald who is seeking a Special Permit to add 600 sq. ft (approximately 300 sq.ft per floor) to the pre-existing non-conforming cottage and increasing the gross floor area of an accessory apartment from 1000+/-sq.ft. to 1600 +/- sq.ft. at 261 Elm Street which does not comply with the Towns Zoning by-laws (Article 10 Section 375-10.2 (E) Special Permit Uses. The property is located at 263 Elm Street in the General Residence District and identified on Assessor’s Map 117 Lot 182.  Information is on file in the office of the Board of Appeals and may be seen upon request.  Notice also on www.masspublicnotices.org
