By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Renee J. Shorrock and Todd Scott Shorrock to Bank of America, N.A., said mortgage dated February 16, 2010, and recorded in the Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds, in Book 9645 at Page 183 and now held by Nationstar Mortgage LLC by virtue of an assignment from Bank of America, N.A., to Nationstar Mortgage LLC dated May 24, 2013 and recorded in the Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds, in Book 10802 at Page 74, for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, will be sold at Public Auction on August 25, 2023 at 1:30 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:

thence WESTERLY in line of last-named lot and Lot #2 and #1, as shown on said plan, two hundred seventeen and 92/100 (217.92) feet to land now or formerly of Donald H. & Caroline R. King;

thence NORTHERLY in line of last-named land, one hundred ten and 00/100 (110.00) feet to Lot #38 as shown on said plan;

thence EASTERLY in line of last-named lot, one hundred ninety-eight and 26/100 (198.26) feet to the said westerly line of Sharon Avenue, and

To see if the Town will vote to delete Article 5 (§375-5) of the Zoning Bylaw, dealing with “Definitions and Accessory Uses” Bylaw in its entirety and replace. (This warrant article would change the title of the Bylaw to “Use Table and Definitions”. The warrant article would delete the existing § 375-5.1 “Definitions” in its entirety and replace with a new § 375-5.1 “Use Table”, would delete the existing § 375-5.2 “Accessory uses” in its entirety and replace with a new § 375-5.2 “Definitions”, and would add a § 375-5.3 “Accessory uses” to the Zoning Bylaw).
