NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Southcoast, Inc. proposes to construct a Single-family residence in Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage on land described as Map 107; Lots 11-2 on West Smith Neck Road in Dartmouth. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in Room 315 at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth and all interested parties should be present at that time. Should the extended Governors Emergency Order be further extended, the meeting will be held remotely. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in person and in Room 315 at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth and all interested parties should be present at that time.
