NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Request for Determination of Applicability from Wolcott Holdings, LLC who wish to construct a 12ft. x 10ft. shed on a slab and cutting/trimming of vegetation along State Road for visual sign clearance within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland on land described as Map 166, Lot 14 or 77 Wolcott Avenue in Dartmouth. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 in person and in Room 303 at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth and all interested parties should be present at that time. Per the Governors Extended Emergency Order the meeting will be held remotely. Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the After-the-Fact Notice of Intent from Stephen & Carol Bancroft who proposes to restore unauthorized impacts to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and also be allowed to maintain the spreading of invasives within jurisdictional/regulated areas on land described as Map 127; Lot 123 or 38 Arrowhead Lane in Dartmouth. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 in Room 103 at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth and all interested parties should be present at that time.
