Notice is hereby given M.G.L., Chapter 41, Section 81T (The Subdivision Control Law) of a PUBLIC HEARING to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024. The Planning Board voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually in accordance with the governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The hearing concerns an “Application to Modify, Amend, or Rescind an Approved Definitive Subdivision Plan” for the Definitive Subdivision entitled “Clarendon Estates”. The amendment seeks to remove a sidewalk in front of the following five lots: Assessor’s Map 160 Lots 122-12 (95 Clarendon Street), 122-13 (99 Clarendon Street), 122-14 (105 Clarendon Street), 122-15 (111 Clarendon Street) and 122-16 (119 Clarendon Street) due to impacts in drainage, damage from tree roots, and at the recommendation of the DPW. The plan was approved on 11/24/2008, and the developer of this approved plan is no longer involved in the development.
Information regarding this project is on file in the Planning Board Office (Room 317), Town Office Building, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA and may be seen during regular business hours upon request for an appointment with the Planning Department.
