In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Ch. 166 of the General Laws (Ter.Ed.), you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held at the meeting of the Select Board of the Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, on December 2, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in room 304, Town Hall, upon the petition of Eversource Energy to install 1 new midspan JO stub pole along Faunce Corner Rd, Dartmouth. This proposed location is necessary to provide electric services to 411 Faunce Corner Road, Dartmouth for a Cell Tower.
