NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Kenneth Steen who proposes to construct two commercial facilities within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and a 1000-ft access road that includes two wetland crossing under the Limited Project General Provision in the Regulations on land described as Map 63, Lot 19-3, off Faunce Corner Road in Dartmouth. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 in Room 103 at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth and all interested parties should be present at that time. Per the extended Governors Emergency Order the meeting will be held remotely. Login information for the meeting appears on the agenda posted on the Dartmouth Conservation Commission page of the Town of Dartmouth website. All interested parties should log into the meeting and be present at that time.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Windsong, LLC c/o Brian Storer who proposes to develop a conventional three lot residential development within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland on land described as Maps 125, Lots 19, 19-1 thru 19-7 off Jason Drive in Dartmouth. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 in Room 103 at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth and all interested parties should be present at that time. Per the extended Governors Emergency Order the meeting will be held remotely. Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Request for an Amended Order of Conditions from Per Lofberg to allow for the installation of an extension of the sewer force main in Elm Street within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage on land described as Map 108, Lots 1, 2 & 3 on Elm Street in Dartmouth. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 in Room 315 at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth and all interested parties should be present at that time. Should the extended Governors Emergency Order be further extended, the meeting will be held remotely. In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Ch. 166 of the General Laws (Ter.Ed.), you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held at the meeting of the Select Board of the Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, on September 12, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in room 304, Town Hall, upon the petition of Eversource Energy to install a new JO pole and anchor to be labeled 153/80.5 on Faunce Corner Road, Dartmouth. This will be to provide electric service to 493 Faunce Corner Road.
