Lloyd Center to host Clambake XXX
The Lloyd Center for the Environment will hold its 30th annual clambake on July 10 at 6 p.m.
Held by the beaches of Demarest Lloyd State Park, the evening begins with hors d’oeuvres and chowder, followed by a traditional full lobster dinner.
The event includes an open bar, a silent auction and live music courtesy of Men in Black, a six-piece band with male and female vocalists.
Clambake XXX helps to underwrite the costs of the Lloyd Center’s environmental research and education programs.
The Lloyd Center works to protect the nature of the coast and to bring environmental science classes to thousands of children in the area’s public schools.
