On Sunday, Oct. 4, the Dartmouth Police Department arrested a man on narcotic charges.

Alex Cieplik, 28, of 203 Gaffney Road, South Dartmouth was charged with possession of a Class A substance, according to police.

As a result of the arrest, an indeterminate amount of heroin and drug paraphernalia was seized.
