A stretch of North Dartmouth’s Old Fall River Road — between N. Hixville Road and Highland Avenue — will be under construction from July 6 to Aug. 7, the town announced Wednesday.

Road work will take place from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

No parking will be allowed on the road Monday through Friday while the work is being done.

Detours will be posted when necessary.
