On April 28, Masjid Al Ehsan at 2 Cove Road in South Dartmouth will open its doors from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. for the third annual Massachusetts Open Mosque Day.

At least 20 mosques statewide will welcome non-Muslim visitors under the theme “No walls between us,” to dispel misconceptions and foster a sense of community in a spirit of openness.

Participants will be able to meet their Muslim neighbors face to face to ask questions and learn about Islam.

Free literature and light refreshments will be provided.
