Program June 20 on brain health awareness
June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month, providing an opportunity to think more deeply about cognitive health and well-being. Now, science can provide insights into lifestyle choices that may help keep the brain and body healthier as we age.
On Tuesday, June 20, at 3 p.m. The Friends of the Dartmouth Libraries will offer a presentation on steps people can take to help maintain cognitive health and well-being. Carolyn Lazaris from the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will discuss the latest research and share hands-on tools to help attendees plan for healthier aging. The program will be held at the Dartmouth North Branch Library, 211 Cross Road.
