If you were to head south on Faunce Corner Road toward the mall yesterday, you might've noticed something... backwards.

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation's project along Faunce Corner Road is progressing, but a sign addition directed drivers to turn right toward "Cod Cape" instead of toward "Cape Cod."

MassDOT staff likely noticed the error, as the sign was gone as of this morning.
