Trash and recycling cans can take a holiday too. The Department of Public Works posted a notice Monday morning that the collection of trash and recycling for S.M.A.R.T participants will be delayed by one day because of the Juneteenth Holiday on June 19. 

The Department of Public Works office and its brush area will be closed on the same day.
