Richard K. Valla, 70, of Dartmouth, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the son of the late George and Julia (Valla) Lauzon.

Richard was born in Brockton and had resided in Dartmouth since 2001. He was a longtime resident of Southeastern Residential Services and he attended the Lifestream Day program in Acushnet.

Richard is survived by many friends and caregivers.

Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, March 2, 2020 at the Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Road, Westport at 11 a.m.

Visitation will be Monday, March 2, 2020 at the funeral home, from 10-11 a.m., prior to the service.

Interment to follow at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
