Round the Bend Farm, 92 Allen Neck Rd., is hosting its Open Farm Day on Saturday, May 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., where attendees can go on a farm tour or shop at the farm’s locally-sourced market. 

Chef Shaun will have the grill going, serving up beef burgers, homemade vegan black bean burgers, and Asian pork patty sandwiches for purchase.

The website shop is now open until midnight on Thursday, May 18 if you'd like to order items to be picked up at Open Farm Day. The farm strongly suggests pre-ordering a lunch in anticipation of a sell-out.

Elements Learning Collaborative will host its second-annual Adventure Walk from 10 am- 1pm at the Open Farm Day, Elements calls a “FUNdraiser for their scholarship FUNd.”  

Elements is a non-profit organization that provides year-round outdoor education and project-based learning programs as an alternative schooling option for families of elementary-aged children. 

Their Adventure Walk includes physical and mental games and challenges, food, music, a silent auction and more.
