The Dartmouth YMCA’ Share the Harvest Community Farm is participating in Lift-in-Love’s annual Serve-A-Thon on September 9.

The annual event encourages people to participate in service projects across the South Coast. The event also recruits a “Cheering Squad” and people holding signs with positive messages to spread cheer in local communities.

The first public meeting for those interested in getting involved is scheduled for March 13 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Salvation Army facility at 619 Purchase Street in New Bedford.
