Learn about migrant birds at the Lloyd Center’s first Spring Bird Walk from 7 to 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 27.

 

The series of walks at the Lloyd Center will cover a variety of habitats that are home to many diverse bird species. At this first walk, participants might see songbirds, waterfowl, osprey, and barred and great horned owls.

 

Participants should wear footwear for light trail walking and bring binoculars and a bird guide if they have them.

 

In case of inclement weather, this walk will be rescheduled to Sunday, April 28 from 7 to 9 a.m.

 

This event, which is appropriate for everyone age 10 and up, costs $10 for members, $13 for non-members, and $5 for kids under 12. Register online at www.lloydcenter.org.
