As part of the season of giving, Dartmouth-based Spherion Staffing and Recruiting opted to help a couple of local organizations with donations and volunteering.

In December, the business presented a $1,000 check to the Friends of Jack Foundation, an organization which provides gifts for sick kids in need of some cheer and comfort.

The Spherion team also donated their time to Dartmouth YMCA’s 4.2 acre Sharing the Harvest Community Farm and participated in their Full Plate Project, which addresses the growing lack of access to healthy, affordable food during economic struggles.

The presentation and volunteer efforts were part of Spherion's “Community Giveback Program,” which was formed to highlight the efforts of local organizations that are creating change in communities.
