Touch some grass and take a walk…or five

Time for a breath of fresh air with the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust and the Marion Institute. The five week program full of nature walks, yoga and spiritual healing will be held every Thursday at 6 p.m. from July 10 to August 7.

Week one will be Mindful Walking at Dike Creek, week two will be a Foods that Heal Workshop at the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust Center, week three will be Let’s Have Fun! at Slocum’s River Reserve, week four will be Mindful Yoga at Ocean View Farm and week five will be Sound Healing at Paskamansett Woods.
