Elayne Santos will teach participants about Xeriscaping, a type of gardening that focuses on conserving water, saving money, and keeping plants from drying or drowning and can be used with a large variety of plants. The workshop will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Friday, January 18 at the Old Southworth Library, 404 Elm St. Registration is required at least five days in advance of the workshop online at dartmouthculturalcenterinc.org or on one of the center’s open registration days. This workshop costs $20 for members or $25 for non-members.
