The Dartmouth YMCA will hold a fundraising event on July 30 titled Farm to Table To Go that will feature a seven-course meal prepared by eight high-profile chefs from ingredients grown at the YMCA’s Sharing the Harvest Community Farm.

The chefs include restaurateurs from local eateries like Little Moss Restaurant and Scuttlebutt Coffee Co., and visitors from across the country. Three of the chefs involved in the program have been recognized by the James Beard Foundation for their culinary work.

“It’s a really great combination of local and out-of-town chefs,” said Dartmouth YMCA Executive Director Maxine Herbert.

The menu features dishes like “Tomato and cucumber gazpacho with summer herbs and “La Ginestra” olive oil” and “Vietnamese beef with pickled carrots and herb salad.”

“The menu is outstanding,” said Herbert. “It’s like what you’d get from a five-star restaurant.”

A ticket for the event — which includes dinner for two with a wine pairing from Farm and Coast Market and fresh flowers grown on the Sharing the Harvest Community Farm — will cost $300.

The food will be served to go.

Tickets are available through the registration portal, here.
