Youth soccer further postponed

Mar 25, 2020

The start of the youth soccer season has been delayed until at least April 26.

Dartmouth Youth Soccer Association president Robert Long put out a statement saying he hopes to have an update to how the season will proceed by next week, but confirmed Micro League soccer will still have an eight week season. Currently, teams will be able to meet outdoors for practice starting April 27, with games scheduled to begin May 2.

In the meantime, Director Peter Pacheco plans to share online drills with both Dartmouth Football Club and GPS Vipers coaches. These drills can be done individually in small spaces, but players are encouraged to post their sessions to social media to be shared with teammates.
