Round the Bend Farm is hosting a workshop on extending the growing season on Saturday, September 17, 10 a.m.-noon. Ashley Brister, of Ashley's Produce, will explain how to keep your garden growing into the winter months for your growing needs and budget.

The workshop is $10 for general admission, and $5 for CSA members. Register at roundthebendfarm.org.

The workshop will accompany RTB's Open Farm Day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Highlights include non-GMO pork (sausage will be available), seasonal veggies, honey, maple syrup, herbal teas, farm tours, and free samples of food. Please note, payment is by cash or check only.
