Two University of Massachusetts Dartmouth students were transported to the hospital after crashing into a utility pole on November 12.

Mustafa Alkhatatbeh, 19, and Harrianne Errie, 19, were sent to Rhode Island Hospital, said police. Alkhatatbeh is currently in fair condition, and Errie in good condition, said hospital officials.

According to police, Alkhatatbeh was driving the 2003 Toyota Camry when it crashed into a utility pole on State Road, near Arcadia Avenue, around 12:52 a.m.

The crash remains under investigation by the Dartmouth Police Crash Reconstruction Unit.
