Dartmouth police arrested a homeless woman wanted on Rhode Island drug charges.

According to police, officers responded to the Dartmouth Motor Inn at 2 a.m. on January 1 for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon an extended check of 32-year-old Ashley Lynn Reis, it was discovered she had an active extraditable warrant out of Rhode Island for charges of drug trafficking and possession of dangerous drugs.

The woman is described as homeless in a police press release. She was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
