Select Board member Kelli Martin Taglianetti will not run for re-election

Feb 6, 2018

Current Select Board member Kelli Martin Taglianetti has confirmed she will not seek re-election to keep her seat in the upcoming election.

Taglianetti had not yet filed papers, and confirmed after the February 5 Select Board meeting she is not running to keep her seat. She cited issues in dedicating time to her role as her reason to not seek reelection. She is also a network analyst for Shields MRI.

Her announcement will still result in a contested Select Board race. So far Finance Committee member David Tatelbaum and Planning Board member Lorri-Ann Miller have both taken out papers to run for the three-year term.

Select Board Chair Frank Gracie is also up for re-election, and has taken out papers to keep his seat. He is so far unopposed.

Candidates have until February 9 to obtain papers and February 13 to return them.
