Dartmouth Police are searching for a gray minivan, possibly a Chevrolet Uplander with front passenger side damage involved in a fatal hit and run on State Road.

On March 3 at approximately 6:59 p.m. Statsha Lynn Faria, 33, was hit by a car in the area of 653 State Road. When police arrived on scene the Westport woman had died as a result of the injuries she sustained from the crash. Police said the suspect vehicle left the scene.

Both Dartmouth Police and the Massachusetts State Police are still investigating the incident. Dartmouth Police are still urging anyone with information about the vehicle to come forward and contact Det. Kyle Costa at 508.910.1755.
