See the night sky through high-powered telescopes at UMass Dartmouth. 

The UMass Dartmouth Observatory and the Astronomical Society of Southern New England (ASSNE) will host free night sky viewing sessions on October 5 at 8 p.m., November 2 at 7:30 p.m., and December 7 at 7 p.m.

During the viewing sessions, the observatory will be open for the public to use. The ASSNE will also set up telescopes for the public to use as well. 

Observations are only held in optimal weather conditions and if the skies are clear. Cancellation notices will be announced at 5 p.m. before each event at ASSNE’s Meetup page, meetup.com/ASSNE-MA-RI/, and via a recorded message available by calling (508) 999-8715.
