Celebrate women’s history with the Historical and Arts Society

The Dartmouth Historical and Arts Society will be holding two discussions via Zoom for a virtual celebration of Women’s History Month on Sunday, March 28 at 3 p.m.

Two local researchers, authors, and experienced story tellers will discuss topics of significance and relevance to women’s history.

Judith Navas Lund will share the results of her research on girls’ education in our early history.

Peggi Medeiros will discuss the great contributions to the children of Dartmouth by a former resident of the Rotch Jones Duff house in New Bedford, Amelia Jones.

All friends, members, and history aficionados are encouraged to register for this event at dartmouthhas.org/events.html.
