Daffodil field to reopen, rangers sought for property

Mar 2, 2022

After two years of Covid-related closures, the popular Parsons Reserve daffodil field will reopen to the public, the Dartmouth Natural Resources trust announced.

Daffodil season runs from March through early May.

During the season’s peak bloom, the property can see more than 12,000 visitors in just two weeks.

As the reserve reopens, the land trust is seeking applicants for its “Daffodil Rangers.” This is a paid, temporary position.

Rangers are expected to work in eight hour shifts from either 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To apply, email DNRT Outreach Coordinator Kendra Murray at kendra@dnrt.org or mail your resume to the land trust at DNRT, PO Box 70567, Dartmouth, MA 02747.

The deadline to apply is Monday, March 14.
