To the editor: It is wonderful that the new septic system requirements will be put on hold for our Town of Dartmouth. It was an outrageous attempt of the DEM to put into effect a mandatory law when all the facts and the “science” was not shown to be exact. I want to especially thank Chris Michaud from the Dartmouth Board of Health, our Select Board who let it be known that they were not going to push this down our throats and all the citizens who showed up for the meeting and protested this violation of our rights.
