LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31 the Dartmouth Board of Health, at its meeting of 02 July 2024, adopted revised “Dartmouth Board of Health Land Development and Reuse Regulations.” Copies of the regulations in their entirety are available at the office of the Board of Health, 400 Slocum Road, North Dartmouth. A summary of these regulations is as follows: Pursuant to the authority that is found in MGL Chapter 111 Section 31, regulations have been adopted by the Board in recognition of the potential risks that can arise from the redevelopment and reuse of contaminated land, and thereby to ensure that complete and sufficient notification to DEP of such contaminated land occurs as part of such redevelopment and prior to such reuse. Effective date of regulations: July 25, 2024.
