Join Mel Yoken, chancellor professor emeritus at UMass Dartmouth, for a book signing of his two latest books, “A History of Letters,” on Saturday, July 27 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Barnes and Noble in Dartmouth.

The two volumes, which have achieved critical success, take readers on a journey through the rich tapestry of epistolary communications, exploring the fading tradition which is the art of letter writing. Yoken not only chronicles the evolution of letters throughout history but also celebrates their enduring legacy in an age dominated by digital communication.
