In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Ch. 166 of the General Laws (Ter.Ed.), you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held at the meeting of the Select Board of the Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, on August 12, 2024 at 6:33 p.m. in room 304, Town Hall, upon the petition of Eversource Energy to install 5 new JO poles and 3 anchors along Hixvillle Road, Dartmouth. This proposed location is to establish a new high voltage tie between circuits.

The hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 315 of the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA. All interested parties should be present at that time.
