After Shawn MacInnes left the Town Administrator position in July, the town of Dartmouth has been searching for a candidate to fill the position.

On Wednesday, Dec. 11 and Thursday, Dec. 12, the Select Board will conduct the final interviews with the final four candidates. 

Each interview is expected to last 90 minutes and will be conducted during open meetings at Town Hall starting at 5 p.m. Once all four interviews are conducted, they will be made available on the Dartmouth Community Media YouTube channel.

The candidates are Bridget Almon, currently the Director of Finance in Fall River, Shawn Cadime, currently the Town Administrator in Seekonk, Gary Carreiro, currently the Director of Budget and Finance as well as Co-Interim Town Administrator in Dartmouth, and Chris Vitale, currently the Assistant Town Administrator and Co-Interim Town Administrator in Dartmouth.

It is anticipated that the Select Board will decide on who to offer the position to during a regular session meeting on Monday, Dec. 16.
