Friday, October 28

Do the Time Warp.

The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth’s student-run theatre group, 20 Cent Fiction, will be hosting its annual performance of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on October 28, 30 and 31 at 8 p.m. and October 29 at 11:59 p.m. at the UMass Dartmouth main auditorium. Tickets are $5 for students, $7 for staff and alumni, and $10 for general admission and will be sold at the door. Only dry props are allowed, and no food is allowed in the auditorium. The show is for mature audiences only.

Go on a spooky hike.

The Lloyd Center is hosting a Halloween-themed Creepy Critters Night Hike from 6– 7:30 p.m. at the center's 430 Potomska Road location. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes while learning about creepy favorites like owls, spiders, bats, and snakes. The hike is $8 per member, $10 per non-member. Get bewitched.

Performers from the Delvena Theatre Company will put on The Salem Witch Hysteria at the Southworth Library, 732 Dartmouth Street. Doors open at 6 p.m.; dinner at 6:30 p.m. The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale at the Southworth and North Dartmouth libraries.

Enjoy Halloween Day.

The Burgo Basketball Association will host its Halloween Day event on Friday and Saturday, 6–9 p.m., at 101 Slocum Road. Expect featuring a haunted maze and woods, costume contest, trick or treating, games, and arts and crafts. Monday, October 31

See a parade.

Dartmouth Fire District No. 3 will host its Halloween Bash starting at 6 p.m. at the 140 Cross Road fire station. The event will feature a parade and magic show.
