Tour the Cell 7 landfill
The Greater New Bedford Regional Refuse Management District will be having a tour of the Crapo Hill Landfill so people can learn more about the proposed construction of the next waste cell. The tour will be happening 300 Samuel Barnat Boulevard in New Bedford from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sept. 13.
The landfill helps save district members costs on solid waste disposal; over $3 million annually, which benefits taxpayers and municipal services.

Meditate for a cause
Take a deep breath, and relax with Jen Haley at Enchanted Eden’s Meditation Fundraiser for the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust on Monday, Sept. 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Rain or shine, the event will be happening at the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust center at Helfand farm at 318 Chase Road in Dartmouth. If it rains, the event will be held inside. Bring a yoga mat or towel.
All proceeds from ticket sales will be supporting the trust, with the recommended price being $10.Tu

Breakfast with the town administrator
Ever had questions or comments about projects and politics in the town of Dartmouth? The Council on Aging is hosting a breakfast with Town Administrator Cody Haddad to give residents a chance to meet him and have any questions answered.
The event will be held at the Dartmouth Council on Aging at 628 Dartmouth Street, on Wednesday, Sept. 17 starting at 9:30 a.m.
