Absentee ballots available for upcoming election

Mar 16, 2019

Can’t make it to the polls on election day? Absentee ballots are now available for the upcoming April 2 town election.

In order to vote absentee, registered voters must be unable to vote in person due to being absent from town on election day, a physical disability, or a religious belief.

Voters can obtain an absentee ballot online by visiting http://sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleidx.htm. Ballots can also be obtained by writing a note to the Dartmouth Town Clerk, 400 Slocum Rd., Dartmouth, MA, 02747 with the voter’s name, address, signature, and contact number or email.

For more information, contact the Town Clerk’s Office at (508) 910-1800 Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
