The Dartmouth Cultural Center at 404 Elm St. is hosting its first annual Artisan Holiday Boutique on Saturday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Many artists will sell their wares including everything from felted mittens and beaded accessories to cutting boards, Italian baked goods, and glass ornaments.
