Bishop Stang students earn high marks in patriotic art contest
Bishop Stang High School students took the top spots in the Dartmouth VFW Post Auxiliary’s annual Young American Patriotic Art Contest.
Each year, the Post runs the contest for area high school students to produce artwork, which is judged on patriotic theme and technique.
In first place was Quinn Sullivan. Sullivan went on to place second in the Department of Massachusetts state-level contest.
Allison Michaud finished in second place, and in third place was Deirdra Aguiar. Honorable mentions Lainey Braun, Mya Wong and Zoe Morrissey.
