Expect to see a new face leading the Residence at Cedar Dell’s Reflections Memory Care neighborhood.

The assisted living facility located at 628 Old Westport Road announced the hiring of Krystina Stykowski to be the department’s new director.

As the new Reflections Director, her responsibilities included maintaining employee trainings and certifications, hosting local Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support Groups, creating care plans, and acting as a community liaison to plan meaningful events.

She will also provide a therapeutic environment that maintains each resident’s highest level of physical, social and psychological well-being.

The Fairhaven resident has 18 years of expertise working in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide.

She also spent the last decade concentrating in dementia care and working with older adults facing memory ailments at Leisure Care.
