Cranberry Educational Foundation offers three scholarships
The Cranberry Educational Foundation will be awarding three scholarships to any high school or technical school graduates.
Students must be accepted to an accredited college or school of higher education OR applicant must be enrolled at an institution of higher learning (post-high school). Funds raised through the Grumpy’s 5K walk/Run are used to fund the three scholarships to any high school or college student in the cranberry growing towns in Massachusetts who are furthering their education in the fields of cranberry agriculture, environmental or natural resources.
Applicant must be from a cranberry growing town listed here: Acushnet, Attleboro, Barnstable, Berkley, Bourne, Brewster, Bridgewater, Carver, Carlisle, Chatham, Dartmouth, Dennis, Duxbury, E. Bridgewater, Easton, Falmouth, Foxboro, Freetown, Halifax, Hanover, Hanson, Harwich, Kingston, Lakeville, Marion, Marshfield, Mashpee, Mattapoisett, Middleboro, Nantucket, New Bedford, New Braintree, Norfolk, Norton, Norwell, Orleans, Pembroke, Plymouth, Plympton, Raynham, Rehoboth, Rochester, Sandwich, Scituate, Sharon, Swansea, Taunton, Wareham, Wrentham, Yarmouth
The completed application form and accompanying materials must be received at the CCCGA office no later than noon on Friday, April 29.
