Dartmouth to receive millions for sewer system
Oct 01, 2026
Senator Mark Montigny is awarding Dartmouth with $2,265,000 as a part of a $6.5 million state funding grant as a part of Massachusetts Community One Stop for Growth. This grant is for housing and economic development through public infrastructure.
The majority of the money for Dartmouth is for improvement and replacement of sewer pumps, which is necessary to support the new housing coming to town.
A smaller grant is going to be used to explore uses for the land at 247 Russells Mills Rd, which used to be the police station.
