Children and families are invited to come investigate nature through the seasons with the Lloyd Center for the Environment by reading thematic books and exploring everything the Lloyd Center has to offer at its 430 Potomska Road location in South Dartmouth.

This event will take place on Saturday, December 21 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

There will be live animal demonstrations, specimens to observe and touch, hikes, activities and crafts to bring nature themes to life for participants.

This hour-long adventure is appropriate for children ages 2-6.

Younger or older siblings are welcome as well.

Pre-register online at lloydcenter.org by 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 19.

The cost is $5 for Lloyd Center members and $6 for non-members.
