Big Brother Big Sister Foundation will be collecting clothing and small household items on Friday, Jan. 10.

The foundation offers all Dartmouth residents free home pickups of gently used clothing, linens, pairs of shoes and small household items, such as pots and pans.

Other acceptable items include purses, backpacks, small musical instruments and books.

Furniture, broken items, trash and wet or moldy items shouldn’t be donated.

All donations are tax deductible.

Items should be placed in bags or boxes clearly marked with BBBS and set either by the front door or by the curb.
