Spooky season is upon us. To celebrate, Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary will host a socially distanced pumpkin carve at the Stone Barn on Horseneck Road. The event will take place Oct. 30 from 5 to 6 p.m.

Participants will be provided with pumpkins, carving tools, tea light, and some artistic guidance from Mass Audubon volunteers.

Registration is required and can be completed at www.massaudubon.org/allenspondprograms.

The entry fee is $15 per adult and $10 per child ($18/$13 for nonmembers).
