A Fall River man allegedly driving a stolen SUV was injured in a rollover crash on Route 6 Monday evening.

According to Dartmouth police, John Berube, 35, of Fall River, was driving a stolen 200 Ford Excursion when he lost control of the truck and it rolled over in the area of 671 State Rd.

He was found lying on the ground at the scene of the crash. He was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.

The truck was allegedly stolen out of New Bedford. According to Dartmouth police, Berube was involved in an earlier incident in New Bedford.

Berube will face charges in Dartmouth and New Bedford.
