The second class of a three-part series, “Farm Food & Fermentation,” kicks off on Oct. 17 at Round the Bend Farm in South Dartmouth.
From 9 to 11 a.m., participants will learn how to make live-culture medicinal sodas with Laura Killingbeck. The cost for the seminar is $30 per person. Space is limited. The series continues on Nov. 14 with a class focusing on kefir.
Also on Oct. 17, from noon to 6 p.m., Round The Bend Farm is holding an Open Farm Day.
